Returns
We have a 7-day return policy. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the seller, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address and then forwarded it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange product arrival time may vary depending on your shipping address.
